Anti-ageing facial masks recipe is easy to do just like creating facial masks for all skin types. However, you need to get to know the right natural ingredients that are known to firm the skin and give it proper nourishment so you receive the right pampering for your skin. To make it simple for you, here are examples of facial mask especially made for ageing skin.

• Egg white + Milk + Peach facial mask – peach has been known to hold great amounts of AHA (alpha hydroxyl acids). As we all know, AHA helps in shedding our skin fast, to reveal the younger and fresher looking skin. Egg white has a property that helps in firming the skin and it gives an instant lift for the face. Milk is another ingredient in this recipe that acts as a moisturizer. If combined together, these 3 ingredients will make a powerful face lift face mask that is not only delightful, but also very effective.

First peel the peach and take the seed off. Mash it or blend it in a blender. Mix the egg white and milk together until it forms to a paste. Next thing is to apply it on your face then leave it for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, wash it off with warm water.

• Lemon and Tomato Exfoliating Mask – another way to keep the skin young is exfoliation. However, exfoliation should not be done more than twice a week to prevent irritating the skin. There are many exfoliating agents in the kitchen—tomato and lemon are the most common. Tomato is rich in antioxidants, and since it has lots of enzymes, it helps in exfoliation of the skin. It is also rich in lycopene which gives a pinkish glow on your cheeks.

Lemon is another ingredient that is known to have AHA (alpha hydroxyl acids). It lifts away dead skin cells, dirt and impurities. This is of much help when it comes to fading away sun spots and making the skin even toned and fairer.

Just mix the ingredient together and you can add some oatmeal to add consistency. Mix them using the blender then apply to the face. Leave it for about 20 minutes then rinse with warm water then followed by cold water to close the pores.

These two anti-ageing facial masks recipe is already a powerful way to keep those fine lines at bay. Always remember to do it regularly. More importantly, you also have to avoid harsh chemicals to put on your face so that you won’t end up damaging your skin.
